Hi love — I’m Wil.
I used to sit in corporate meetings wondering why I felt so disconnected from myself. I had the career, the structure, the goals — but my body was sending me signals I didn't know how to hear.
Movement changed that. Breath changed that. And now I teach from that place — not from a textbook, but from a lived experience of coming home to myself after a long time away.
I blend yoga, Pilates, mobility, and breathwork in a way that meets you exactly where you are. My intention is to help you feel stronger, more open, and more connected — without taking any of it too seriously.

I currently teach in-person classes primarily in the Placer County area, but you can also join me for live online sessions.
