Rooted in the ancient science of Ayurveda, this holistic journey honors the transformation of your body, mind, and spirit as you prepare to welcome new life. You’ll explore pregnancy through an Ayurvedic lens, learning how the energetic influence of the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—corresponds with each stage of pregnancy. You’ll gain the tools to recognize common imbalances and make simple, supportive adjustments that promote vitality, ease, and harmony. The program includes gentle movement practices—such as prenatal yoga and breathwork—designed to prepare your body for birth and nurture emotional grounding throughout. You’ll also receive downloadable Discovery Sheets with dosha-specific nutrition and self-care rituals to help you align your daily choices with your body’s shifting needs. As you approach the sacred postpartum window, you’ll be shared a guide on how to create a strong foundation for healing and restoration. To make preparation simple, I’ve included my planning guide of essential pregnancy, birth, and postpartum items—plus trusted recommendations on where to find them—bringing my program management skills into a resource I hope truly supports you.
